The worst experience I ever had with Jesse Penny Portraits was at Montebello and I’m posting this year in the Downey location because I was told Nikita the manager managed both stores. I have to say she is unprofessional that has no idea what she’s doing. They checked us in, and they kept plowing the clipboard on top of each other so another customer came in they got photographed first another customer came in. They put the clipboard on top of mine and take off photograph first I had to speak up and ask them. When was my turn to be photographed. I waited in one hour to be photographed it wasn’t even a busy day. They had two people in the waiting the Photographer Abigail, the editor Olivia was the worst people I ever met. Let’s start with a photographer. She was nice in the beginning. I thought she knew what she was doing. I was wrong. It took us 15 minutes I felt rushed and she was not paying attention to what we wanted and how to oppose our family members. It took 32 minutes to edit our photos once we saw the photos we asked only to buy the digital files. I paid $256 for it. I waited 48 hours to receive my photos over the email from Shutterfly what did I receive? I receive garbage the photos weren’t even edited. Some of them didn’t even have a light on. There are two dart I don’t understand how this was approved by Shutterfly and approved by Nikita she reached out to me offer me to 10 x 13 prince for free and a race shoot and wave my session fee I declined. My phone members came from a different state. I can’t ask him to come back. The worst experience I ever had. I’m posting this here in the Downey one and the Montebello one that Jc Penny page as well. The staff was not friendly. they seemed like they were sick because they were coughing every 10 minutes. They didn’t have face mask on. Nikita needs to go back to training. Staff need to go back in training. I am sharing my photos what I received from Shutterfly.
