  Awesome experience! Owners, Jose and Nicole are spectacular. We used Pacific Auction for our 2026 Annual Crab Feed, and the results were incredible. Our auction revenue was three times higher than usual, and the entire process was smooth and professional from start to finish. They were organized, engaging with the crowd, and clearly knew how to help an event maximize its potential. Their energy and expertise made a noticeable difference in the room. We will definitely be using Pacific Auction again next year. Highly recommended.

  Nicole and her team are amazing to work with! Flexible and accommodating to last minute changes that happen when hosting a large event. The whole team was polite and enjoyable to work with at our fundraiser with 250+ guests. We will be looking forward to working with them again in the future!

  Wow, new owners, fresh new attitude and just fantastic people to work with. Always available, fabulous auction items, super organized and listened to suggestions/concerns about our auction. Brought more of the type of items I suggested and their live auctioneer, Jose, was amazing. Nicole, the "behind the scenes" boss was amazing and loved working with her. Best experience I've had with this group ever. Would recommend them to anyone

  Buyer beware. I purchased a 6 day trip for me and my wife to Ireland at a Rotary fund raising event back in February 2020. I paid just over $5,500 for the trip. Covid hit the following month and all international travel was suspended. We knew when we purchased the trip that we had to use it within 15 months. I immediately contacted Pacific Auctions only to find out that they would "extended" our deadline by 90 days which was not enough time for us to feel safe traveling. When I reached back out to Steve Godfrey the owner and gave him the dates that we would like to use this voucher, which was beyond the 90 day extension they granted, Steve immediately informed me that he could not allow "any exceptions" to the travel voucher deadline and that he kindly thanked me for my donation of $5,600. In addition, he said that he no longer has a affiliation with that travel group, and could not even offer a partial refund of my travel voucher. In conclusion, our Rotary Club will no longer be using Pacific Auctions at our annual event. We will re-align ourselves with a new auction company that practices the "Rotary 4 Way Test" which is a nonpartisan and nonsectarian ethical guide for all to use for personal and professional relationship. Pacific Auctions failed the Rotary 4 Way Test.
