- JHJ. HenryOct 22, 20255.0I went to the mall, looking for a pair of Ray-Ban Meta AI sunglasses. I was looking for a specific size and transition things color. This is my last resort because I needed them right away. I had a ton of questions and from the looks of it it wasn’t gonna happen. Of course they had a good, buy one get one 40% off, deal so that made it tougher because now I had no to find a second pair of glasses I liked. I tried on a ton of glasses and was really annoyed with the process, but Yesenia and Nicole made the process fun. They worked diligently to call other stores or search inventory to make sure I can get the Meta glasses that I needed. They ended up calling another manager, who had the pair that I needed, and they made the swap and had them there in the store before I even knew it. True enough the other store was located inside the same mall (which is weird, but I’ll take it) And they made it happen. That’s the type of “world class“Customer Service I’m used to — and because of that, I ended up spending way more money than I wanted. Good job, ladies!

He was so sweet helping my fiancee pick her style and explaining her about the sunglasses which there is a lot to learn by lenses quality and frames. Jose was so knowledgeable and I would recommended if anybody needs any help to go to him. Super sweet and great customer service. Definitely pleased with our sunglasses purchase.
