It is unexcusable that an employee does not know the basic customer benefits offered by Nordstrom. Double points days are nothing new!! I waited 10 minutes before Annette answered the phone, then had to wait another two minutes for her manager Alex to answer this basic question because Annette didn't understand. Alex said not all Rack employees are familiar with Nordstrom customer service offerings...what??? Why not??? This is not the top notch service the Nordstrom name was built on. If you ever need to go to this Rack or the one in El Segundo give yourself a good 45 minutes to checkout. Both these stores I've noticed are poorly run usually 2 to 3 cashiers with 15+ customers in line. While a host of other employees are noticeably standing around folding clothes, unbelievable, not ok!
