I had a deeply disappointing and honestly humiliating experience at Tiffany & Co..
I came into the store concerned that I may have damaged what I believed was an authentic Tiffany bracelet. When I asked for help, I was told that “it was not the same material.” When I asked for clarification, the associate’s tone was demeaning and dismissive. This conversation took place in the front of the store, in earshot of other customers, which made the situation incredibly embarrassing.
In that moment, I felt completely devalued and brushed off instead of being treated with the care and discretion you would expect from a luxury brand. A more thoughtful approach—such as speaking with me privately and explaining the situation with sensitivity—would have made a world of difference.
I then asked if I could purchase a new bracelet. The associate handed me off to another employee in a very abrupt manner, simply stating that I wanted the heart charm bracelet, without any real effort to assist me further.
Thankfully, Luna, the associate who helped me next, was kind, professional, and understanding. She helped turn around an otherwise upsetting experience, and I truly appreciated her level of care.
However, my initial interaction with Michelle fell far below the standard I would expect from Tiffany & Co. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as no customer should feel embarrassed or spoken down to when seeking help—especially at a brand known for its reputation and service.

After waiting for my turn to see an SA, I was directed to a tall Asian guy who upon hearing that I would also like my T bracelet to be cleaned, looked at his associate by the door saying, ‘she wants servicing, not shopping’.
From that moment, I felt that he was judging me that I won’t be buying anything and kept telling me that he can’t buff or clean my bracelet (my SA at another branch, out of state said she could but since I was here, I thought to get it done while I shopped) and that my SA was wrong and gave me so many excuses.
Finally I told him I will go back to my SA. I didn’t even look around the store. Why would I give him my business? If I ever go back there, I will certainly look for another SA. Very disappointed with my first experience at this store.

My husband and I wanted to get the hardware link bracelet yesterday we went to the store where there was almost no people and no line and security guy put hand right in front of my husbands face , completely rude and unprofessional asking what do we want , then they let as pass but we decided to leave from such a terrible experience !
