  One of the Asian female with mid short hair employees here is extremely lazy; she has been playing with her phone for almost half an hour while I've been in this store, showing no enthusiasm for working or helping customers. I think the manager of this store should prepare a bed and some soda for her, so she can work in a holiday-like manner while lying down.

  The Worst Experience Ever!!!!!! I purchased a Chips Ballerinas flat in this store on 4/22/2017. When I got home, I checked the shoes carefully and found that there were some flaws, such as outside glue, the two chips were not in the same position. The sales Kevin Zhang told me that I could exchange in ten days, so I went to the store again and tried to exchange on 4/28/2017. At first, the sales said that their computer didn't works and asked me to leave the shoes there and come back at 1pm. Then, when I and my boyfriend arrived, we saw their manager Camly Doan was shaking her head and went inside to pick up my shoes. Then, she said that she could not exchange for me, because this shoes are not in the original condition. She said that the inside of the shoes was supposed to be matte, and my shoes are shinny, that means she indicated that my shoes are FAKE!!!!! I PROMISE that I only tried this at home and when I decided to exchange, I put these in the original package at home and never opened it again!! In addition, I've never worn outside. Then, she said:"You say you did nothing, but I don't know." She's very arrogant and all the staffs thought us like scammers. I'm so mad and angry!!!!because I didn't do anything!!!!!! This shoes came from this store and I've never add some or change anything!!!!!! First of all, they asked me to leave my shoes in the store and come back for almost 2 hours later,if they thought we did something to the shoes after we purchased, we could also think that my shoes were replaced by the manager during the time as well! Second, they treated us like scammers without any evidences. This is an apparently defamation! Third, if the shoes are fake like your manager doubt, no doubt Roger Vivier is selling fake products! The last, if the shoes are authentic, why the manager said its not Original? And not allowed us to exchange under your exchange policy!? This is the first time I buy from RV and will be the last time! The worst buying experience on this planet! Totally ridiculous!!! Reported BBB and dca ,doing authenticate service if its fake, will call 911. The manager name Camly Doan.
