In general I don’t recommend this brand at all , recently I did mistake I bought sunglasses, it has a lot of different defects and they declined my refund and told me you can text to our partner who made this sunglasses, I was just so mad on this company. It’s not even a manufacturer it’s just marketing!!! Don’t recommend don’t waist your money!

I am writing to express a serious concern regarding my recent visit to your store.
I was asked by staff to place my drink—with a lid—in the corner of the store. This made me extremely uncomfortable, as leaving a personal beverage unattended creates a legitimate safety risk. Anyone passing by could tamper with or spike a drink, and there is no way for a customer to verify its safety afterward.
I shop frequently at luxury retailers throughout the mall, including Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Valentino, and Berluti, and I have never encountered a policy that requires customers to leave their personal drinks unattended in a public area. This practice is not only inconsistent with industry standards but also raises concerns about customer safety and liability.
If something were to happen to a customer’s drink under these circumstances, who would be responsible? This policy places customers in an unacceptable position and does not align with the level of care and professionalism expected from a luxury brand.
Because of this experience, I chose not to make a purchase and will not be returning to this location. I strongly encourage Miu Miu to reconsider and improve this policy to prioritize customer safety and comfort.

Went in yesterday with the intention of purchasing a wallet but the staff didn’t event greet me. One associate was on his phone texting (he was in the front) the others were standing in the back talking to each other.
For retail and holiday season, I would pay better attention to customers.
