  The two girls who were working there yesterday were on their phones the entire time. They should definitely be asking customers if they need any help finding something that they like. I understand they give customers time to walk around and look but there's no reason to be on the phone leaning against the glass displays, it makes them look lazy and I left without purchasing anything. I did see 1 sales associate help a nice family towards the back so kudos to her.

  Omg. I love Norma and Jose. They know my style and always have something special picked out for me when I arrive. My advice, make an appointment so they can carve out time to.make your shopping trip an experience. It makes all the difference
