Janet at Fendi Costa Mesa South Coast Plaza is truly one of the best sales associates I’ve ever worked with in luxury retail. I normally shop at Tom Ford and Prada, but because of her exceptional service, Fendi has become my go-to brand.
She always takes the time to help me find the right size and the right product, and she makes every visit feel welcoming and effortless. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for her clients are outstanding.

I originally purchased a bag for my son, but it was too small, so I returned it to the store. The sales associate, Gigi, suggested I choose a bag for myself instead, which I did. After going home, I saw more color options online and returned to the store to exchange it. The store didn’t have the color I wanted, so she transferred one from the Las Vegas store, but asked me to sign a no-return policy, which felt unusual for a full-price, in-season item. After receiving the bag, I noticed it didn’t have a visible Fendi logo like others I’ve owned, and when I reached out to ask about it, I received no response. That lack of communication, combined with the no-return requirement, raised doubts and made the experience uncomfortable. I will avoid this store at all costs.
