  I bought a bag in Barcelona and later called the store because I wanted to change the color. The person I spoke with was very unfriendly and firmly said that an exchange was not possible. I even mentioned that I was willing to purchase additional items, but the answer did not change. What was disappointing is that this was very different from what I was told in Barcelona at the time of purchase. Just to be sure, I called the Beverly Hills store, and they were extremely kind and told me that an exchange would be possible. At the very least, I believe customer service over the phone should be polite and courteous.

  Stay away!!! Can’t return for refund but store credit for any item. “There is no way” in their system according to the store manager… nothing high end here

  My experience at this store was unpleasant. The girl who assisted me came across as lazy and unfriendly. I ended up making the purchase only because I needed a belt that day.

  The product is beautiful, but I question the overall quality. They report to be a high-end Spanish brand and typically Spanish items are phenomenal. I purchased the large hammock bag and used it seldom over several years. And always kept it in the duster. When I pulled it out for the next season, I realized the handles had cracked on the side from where they are attached to the shoulder strap. In my mind, this is clearly a defect or poor craftsmanship. A purse in excellent condition that has been well cared for and rarely used should not have this type of cracking in the area where the straps join (which by design clearly caused the cracking)! The bag was purchased in Barcelona at one of their flagship stores, but I took it to South Coast in hopes of having it repaired. To my dismay, they had the audacity to charge me for the repair, saying it is excessive wear, even though the bag is in perfect condition otherwise. I do not believe other luxury brands would handle the situation like this. They would either repair complementary or even consider replacing the bag. Instead, I was charged $200 for the repair. And with a price tag of about $3000 new, it’s simply petty to charge me $200. It’s not about the money, it’s the principal. But nonetheless, I will pay it. This will be my very LAST Loewe purchase!!! There are so many options in the luxury market, I don’t need to shop at a place that doesn’t stand 100% behind their merchandise.

  We came to the store from Arizona on our vacation. I placed a call ahead of our visit and spoke to Cheri. She was so helpful with the purchase of my beautiful new Puzzle bag, meeting me at the store after changing her schedule. She also suggested having it shipped which was a great convenience.
