    Made an appointment easily through the VCA website which was confirmed via email and also by phone call by an associate. I chose a time and day when I knew South Coast wouldn’t be busy and easily strolled through Nordstrom to the boutique. The boutique is elegantly decorated and clean with many pieces on display. The staff was very warm and friendly, offering friendly chat and espresso/tea/water and keeping me in the loop of when I would expect to be seen. I was paired with Cindy and we had a laugh about our names. She was so easygoing and offered insight that made it so easy to pick what I wanted. Everything was explained and packaged simply, beautifully, and efficiently.

    My experience with Dennis and Jocelyn Ortiz was extremely upsetting and disappointing. The behavior I experienced came across as mocking and racially targeted, leaving me feeling humiliated, uncomfortable, and disrespected. When I raised a concern about how I was treated, I did not receive clear communication, accountability, or meaningful follow-through. Instead, I was left feeling dismissed and unheard. Everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and respect, and that was not my experience here. I do not believe a company should have workers who behave in this manner, as it creates a hostile and unprofessional environment for anyone interacting with them.

    I had an exceptional experience at Van Cleef & Arpels, thanks to the outstanding service provided by Justin D., the assistant boutiques manager, and my wonderful sales associate, Christina. Justin was incredibly attentive and ensured that every detail of my visit was perfect, offering insightful recommendations and a warm, welcoming environment. Christina, who is highly knowledgeable about the brand's exquisite jewelry, guided me through the collection with genuine enthusiasm and expertise. Her passion for the pieces truly elevated the experience, making it both enjoyable and educational. Together, they made my shopping experience memorable, leaving me confident in my purchases. I highly recommend both Justin and Christina for their professionalism, kindness, and dedication to exceptional customer service.

    Well except empty chocolate boxes they gave us, the rest is good! Also if you forget to ask for cleaning kit, they wont give you!

    My wife and I visited the store to purchase a small jewelry piece we really liked. The associate informed us that all pieces are made in France upon order and typically have a 1–2 month lead time. We asked if we could place a deposit until the item arrived, but she said the full amount had to be paid up front. We agreed and paid in full. After waiting more than six weeks, we still hadn’t received the piece; it hadn’t even gone into production, according to the associate. I’ve never encountered this kind of delay when purchasing from a high-end jeweler. We needed the item for a specific event, so we decided to cancel the order altogether. I had originally planned to purchase the matching earrings after receiving the necklace, but given this experience, we decided not to proceed. The piece we ordered never went into production. Had I ordered the earrings, I would not have received them before the new year. It’s disappointing that a brand as prestigious as Van Cleef & Arpels doesn’t seem to address supply chain issues that cause such long delays. It makes one wonder whether smaller purchases are deprioritized compared to higher-end ones. Either way, they’ve lost me as a customer. To make matters worse, just a few days after canceling, the associate texted to say a similar piece had suddenly arrived in-store , the same item she previously said hadn’t gone into production. I declined, assuming it was likely a returned item. The experience was extremely frustrating. Even the jewelry stores in downtown Los Angeles handle business with more transparency and efficiency. At Tiffany & Co., for example, when an item we wanted wasn’t available, they went out of their way to locate it at another store so we wouldn’t leave empty-handed. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. I will not be returning.
