I want to give a huge shoutout to Thao, who made the process feel genuinely special from start to finish. Her attention to detail, communication, and warmth turned what could have been a simple transaction into a true luxury experience. She kept me informed throughout the wait, celebrated the pickup with me, and made sure every step felt personal and memorable. Vacheron has always stood out to me as a brand with real heritage and depth, and this experience only reinforced that. He talked about the history of the brand. He also letting us trying out couple timepieces. We were around the area to see our family and we wish that we have a closer boutique back home. If you are in the area and you love Vacheron and their timepieces, you definitely should check out this boutique. I highly recommend Carlos if you are looking to purchase a watch.

The conversation (with Ab..) started well then he abruptly ended the call and asked that I email him photos of the watch which I did. He never called back. This was the 3rd VC boutique that I had called with a simple question but got nowhere. And the US main concierge service for VC was of no help here and insisted on sending me to "another" boutique rather than resolving the issue themselves. On the web, poor customer service seems to be a problem for VC in the US. I also sensed that the boutiques have little interest in helping customers who are not established clients or when you call them for something other than the purchase of a new watch. That's too bad.
