As many have shared, this is a tacky Tiffany & Co. The retail workers are rude and profile you. You will find better service at McDonalds, your local Motel 6, etc. The workers here make Tiffany & Co. seem like a Dollar Tree brand. Not even sure I can call them workers, they just walk around, stare at you, and roll their eyes when you want to walk around. You can just put machines around the store to explain things instead of hiring these random people who don’t help. Take your money elsewhere!

I ordered something online on 12/22 and it was supposed to be delivered on 12/24. It is now 12/26 and my order hasn't even been shipped yet. I am beyond frustrated and customer service has been no help. I get apologies, but no action taken, no resolution, and no compensation was offered.

My boyfriend and I were gift shopping in South Coast and decided to go in Tiffany’s to see if there was a necklace we could get my sister. We were immediately stopped by a salesperson asking us what our price range was and redirected us to Nordstrom. I was taken aback because I have never experienced such direct rude behavior from any other stores in SCP. It was obvious we were being profiled for not being dressed in the nicest clothing since we decided to go shopping last minute. I have never felt so humiliated by a salesperson, even though I would have definitely purchased an item today had I not been greeted so coldly and if they bothered to show me their pieces. Why have 5-6 people working if they’re just going to stand around chatting? I will never shop at Tiffany’s after this awful customer service.

Very disappointed with this "high-end" jewelry store, my wife's bracelet broke and we been trying to set an appointment for repair but guess what not available we came in to the store and they told us only by appointment never again!!!!

I am sorry for the sales person who helped us (I think her name is Nancy). She was fantastic, friendly and actually helpful towards us as customers. I would give her 5 stars, but the reason I am giving Tiffany's story (this one specifically) a 3 stars because I have to balance the sales experience vs. the other experience we had walking into the other store for a service. We were kindly redirected after purchasing a new bracelet to go to the other store to get help with an existing bracelet. Got there, greeted by a no-customer-service-oriented personnel who basically said in a nonchalant attitude "didn't the lady tell you that you needed an appointment?" and so we said no we didn't and we're happy to make an appointment. Immediately was told "the first available is Oct 17th". So, we asked if she could help us make an appointment, responded with "No, you go to online and do it". So, customer service means you would always try to help your customer, not rudely rejected to help. Tiffany - thank you for your great products, but you just lost us as customers. Good luck.
