  Absolutely terrible experience at this Sunglass Hut. I was sold the wrong pair of Ray-Bans by an employee named Brenda. When I went back to return them, she denied responsibility, claimed she "didn't remember," and then doubled down by saying they were "damaged." The manager was very rude, accused me of damaging them myself, and backed Brenda instead of correcting the mistake. I was refused a refund even though I had my receipt and the original card. To make things worse, they kept my receipt, leaving me completely stuck with a product I didn't want and no way to return it at another location. On top of that, this all happened while I was on my way to a funeral it completely ruined my day and turned an already difficult situation into an awful one. The only positive was an employee I dealt with the week prior, who actually tried to help me and would have processed the refund if I had the physical card with me at the time. Bottom line: dishonest staff, zero accountability, and terrible customer service. Avoid this store at all costs unless you want to get stuck with the wrong product and no refund.
