  Had to buy boots urgently for an event and tried on a few pairs before settling on one. Got home, opened the bag, and found two completely different right-foot boots in the box. Can’t believe I walked out of a shoe store with mismatched styles in one box. This is outrageous. Thanks for ruining my event outfit!

  If I could give this no stars I would. This store has some of the most disappointing customer service I’ve ever experienced. I was shocked to learn that they don’t allow customers to use store credit for online purchases—you’re required to visit the store in person. Not only is this policy baffling, but it’s also incredibly inconvenient. On top of that, the staff clearly seem unmotivated and uninterested in helping, which creates a very unpleasant atmosphere. Once I complete my current purchase, I won’t be shopping at Steve Madden again.
