  Disappointing experience at the South Coast Plaza location on 1/25/26. We brought in a Rimowa suitcase for a $280 repair and were greeted with “Are you here for a repair?”—no welcome. We observed another customer receive warm service, a cloth bag, and assistance, while our request for a bag was denied despite apparent availability. Several associates were standing around on their phones. For a premium brand, the service was inconsistent and below expectations.

  Ordered a luggage in store and waited more than a week to never get contacted to pick up when clearly on the website it said the same exact model/color was available to pick up on the same day. Will never purchase a Rimowa again.

  I brought my silver medium-sized Rimowa Check-in suitcase to this store for repair because it had some dents and was a bit hard to close. I was quoted $110 for dent removal and frame alignment, with free home delivery, and was told it would be ready next day. In reality, it took 20 days to get it back. I called twice to check the status, and each time they said it would be ready soon, but there were significant delays. When I finally received my suitcase, the dent repair quality was very poor—it looked rough and, frankly, worse than before. If your suitcase only has minor dents, I would not recommend sending it here. Both the customer service and repair work were disappointing, and honestly, it didn’t feel like the high standard I expect from Rimowa.

  Excellent and knowledgeable staff
