They gave me a one time code to drive it home and only Home because I cannot turn off the car or else it won’t turn back on. I have to take it to a service center tomorrow so they could reserve it and figure out what’s wrong and if it’s something on my end, I have to repay again for them to fix it or they have to reinstall it if it’s on their end, which is such a big inconvenience. I know this problem wasn’t on my end because I havnt drank since 2017. I had errands to run today and plans this weekend now it’s gonna put a big dent in my plans.

LifeSafer customer service told the install company to “just do it another time” since THEY made the error. This would have left me without transportation, but the installation company powered through and completed the job. I’ve used LifeSafer before and they were fantastic. That was quite a long time ago and I’m hoping that this experience isn’t indicative of what’s to come. Even setting this appointment up was clumsy with the LifeSafer customer service reps. I spoke to three different representatives and they were all clueless. I had to finally be connected to a supervisor who took care of things. I’m PRAYING that things go smoother since I’m JUST now had the device installed.
