I originally purchased a bag for my son, but it was too small, so I returned it to the store. The sales associate, Gigi, suggested I choose a bag for myself instead, which I did. After going home, I saw more color options online and returned to the store to exchange it. The store didn’t have the color I wanted, so she transferred one from the Las Vegas store, but asked me to sign a no-return policy, which felt unusual for a full-price, in-season item. After receiving the bag, I noticed it didn’t have a visible Fendi logo like others I’ve owned, and when I reached out to ask about it, I received no response. That lack of communication, combined with the no-return requirement, raised doubts and made the experience uncomfortable. I will avoid this store at all costs.
