  The guy work in Prada recommended me this store saw a nice button shirt online made an appointment stopped by and tried it on and bought it, easy simple process staff working here are friendly good experience. And the saleswoman name is Maddie which is very friendly. Not sure why people left some bad reviews?

  I visited the Dior store at rodeo. During that visit, a sales associate named Israel Carrillo asked for my contact information. I have been informed that this employee is currently working at the South Coast Plaza location. After that encounter, I experienced repeated unwanted contact over an extended period of time, despite blocking multiple phone numbers. This caused me significant distress and fear. In November 2025, I reported being sexually assaulted by this individual to the police. I also formally filed a complaint with Dior. Since this experience, I have been experiencing severe physical and emotional symptoms, including persistent trembling, nausea, and physical manifestations of anxiety, which have significantly affected my daily life. A representative from Dior contacted me and stated that an internal review would be conducted, but I was informed that the outcome would not be shared with me. As of my last knowledge, this individual remains employed, which has made me feel unsafe and deeply concerned. I am sharing my experience to inform other customers and encourage caution. I sincerely hope Dior will take customer safety seriously and ensure a shopping environment where people feel protected and respected.

  Dior has been my preferred boutique. Meeting Jaq has further enhanced my interest in the brand. Her extensive knowledge of the products I am interested in and her accommodating approach make the experience more comfortable and stimulate my olfactory senses, broadening my understanding of perfumes. I recommend her to anyone visiting their South Coast Bridtol Mall branch. She is kind and patient on all your questions and curiosity. She keeps you posted on all ther new updates on their products. Dior perfumes are also highly recommended for their timeless, luxurious and elegant long-lasting scent. My favorite one is Rouge Trafalgar, receiving a lot compliments every time I wear it at work. I also appreciate their makeup and skincare products.

  I’m truly disappointed by my recent experience at this Dior location. As someone who has always appreciated the brand for its elegance, attention to detail, and exceptional client service, this experience fell far below what I’ve come to expect. After placing an order, I received no communication or update from my sales associate - not even a courtesy message about the status of my shipment. I eventually had to visit the boutique myself to ask for an update, and even another associate seemed surprised that I hadn’t been contacted. When I followed up again by text regarding express shipping, I was told it would be handled “right away,” yet I still had to reach out later to confirm. The manager I spoke with was genuinely kind, professional, and apologetic - I want to acknowledge that. However, despite their empathy, there was unfortunately nothing they could do to remedy the situation or make up for the lack of attentiveness from the associate. When shopping at Dior, communication and service should reflect the same excellence and care as the products themselves. It’s disappointing to feel overlooked and have to chase for updates, especially from a house that represents the height of refinement. I truly hope this feedback reaches the right people, because the experience I had does not reflect the standard of Dior.
