Paige is professional, knowledgeable and a true gem (no pun intended). If we ever come back to this location, I hope we will be able to work with her again. It’s rare to find someone so passionate about jewelry, the history of the brand, and someone who is just overall a fun person to shop with!! THANK YOU, PAIGE!!

When I stopped in today simply to follow up, the associate who assisted me was rude and condescending. She stated that jewelry transfers aren’t prioritized and that if you don’t have money down, it’s never going to get transferred, adding, “Money talks. Do you understand that?” This interaction felt unprofessional and unnecessary. I did not catch her name, but she mentioned that she trains other associates in Portland. Based on this experience, I would not recommend working with her.

She was so patient, personable, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. She gave us her honest opinions when we asked and overall it felt like shopping with a friend (which we prefer!). We ended up purchasing his wedding band, but we also saw a few other pieces we loved, so we'll definitely be back for more. We're looking forward to shopping with Paige again in the future. I also want to mention how much I loved this location. We originally went to The Grove and that store was really small and felt disorganized. When I showed the associate there the rings we were interested in, she couldn't find most of them... This location on the other hand, was the complete opposite, much more enjoyable and well organized. Thank you Paige!!

Instead of apologizing or trying to fix the problem, the staff were rude and dismissive. I spent time expecting professional service and got the complete opposite. I would not recommend this store until they seriously improve their organization and customer service.
