  We were in the store last week. Beautiful layout. We were offered assistance as soon as we walked in along with seating and water. I was happy with the water but if had known they had coffee service I would have preferred that. Anyhow, Suzanna was knowledgeable and patient showing us numerous watches while noticing what spoke to me most. The store got very busy while we were there but I never once felt rushed or pressured. Suzanna helped us setup the extended warranty and provided great service. I love the watch we purchased. It is iconic and timeless. Can't wait to wear it!

  This place is an absolute disgrace. Do yourself a favor and just avoid Cartier at South Coast Plaza. A few years back, I bought a bracelet here for my wife. It was the wrong size, so I brought it back — still in the box, never worn, in perfect condition. They take it out of the box, and what do they do? Scratch the damn bracelet. Then they have the nerve to blame me for the scuff and refuse to exchange it. No apology, no offer to fix it, just a bunch of excuses and a cold "too bad, so sad" attitude from both the sales associate and the manager. Not a single person in that store gave a damn about doing the right thing. Now, fast forward to today — the bracelet gets stolen. So I call Cartier's Client Relations, thinking they might be somewhat helpful. Wrong. Manager Thomas was rude, condescending, and didn’t give a damn about solving anything. All I got was a lecture on how "policy" doesn’t allow them to do anything and an absolute lack of empathy. They didn’t even pretend to care. Regarding the positive reviews, it’s highly likely that they’re bought or written by friends and family of the store staff. There’s no way anyone who’s had an actual experience with this company would leave a positive review. There are so many other luxury boutiques at South Coast Plaza — do yourself a favor and go to any of them. This boutique is a joke, and the entire company is a joke. They don’t care about you, they don’t care about their product, and they certainly don’t care about customer service.

  I was impressed with my experience with this Cartier store and my sales associate. I was a bit hesitant when I read reviews before coming in to be honest. Came in on a Saturday evening without an appointment. Had to wait just a minute or two and was warmly greeted by the lovely Suzanna. She was incredibly patient with my partner and I and made me feel like a valued customer. She let me try on multiple pieces together so I could see the stack together. she also let me try on pieces that I requested and I even got to try on this stunning 8 carat diamond ring. I love how she would tell me the history behind the pieces. Suzanna has the utmost excellence in her customer service and I was able to purchase my Juste Un Clou with ease. Thank you for the amazing experience at your store!
