She took the time to get to know us , never made us feel rushed , and made sure we got to try everything we were interested in. We even connected a little about both being dog owners, later on she quietly added a small gift for our dog. It was extremely touching and we are definitely BVLGARI people now 😎 Thank you !!

She doesn’t just provide great service; she creates an experience that feels personal and luxurious every time. Her deep knowledge of the brand, combined with her professionalism and grace, really sets her apart. I honestly wish more sales associates could follow her lead. Every time I visit, Yan makes me fall even more in love with Bvlgari. She’s always kind, attentive, and truly respectful, making each visit feel special. She really represents the best of what luxury service should be.

I simply meant to "swing by" Bulgari but walked away with a piece that I would have never considered. These days you cannot be greeted without a genuine smile but Alyssa was so friendly. Very knowledgeable and never once pressured me which I appreciated. She seemed more invested in building a relationship than sales and nonetheless, if that was her strategy than it worked! She brought out various bracelets and watches she felt might compliment my skin tone and this is where her expertise shined. While we were chatting about "life", this gave me the time to to actually sit with my bracelet to see if its something I truly wanted. I walked out with the most beautiful piece. Lastly, she was mindful of my son and showered him with chocolate and food. This allowed me extra time in the store! I appreciate the FULL EXPERIENCE! Now I have 4 bulgari pieces and cannot wait to add more to my collection. Thank you Alyssa!!!
