- MEMonique EDec 22, 20251.0Horrible customer service. I mean the worst I have ever experienced from someone who I assume is the manager as he was in a suit. He acted like my husband and I were bothering him, wouldn’t look us in the eye, would not let us finish our questions before he would talk over us. We walked right out and went to Armani instead. It was just bizarre. I wish I would’ve read the other reviews before my husband and I went to this store.

I asked a gentleman from the store for a size and he took the jeans did not say one single thing at all. Came back walked me to the dressing room and still said absolutely nothing. We all have bad days but when you are about to purchase a pair of jeans for $200.00 you would think he would have been more polite and have a friendly approach. I do not recommend this store at all.
