  Don't Shop at this Alo Store at South Coast Plaza they don't care about the Customers, really Bad Customer Service, the worst I ever seen. I went in to this Store Alo at South Coast Plaza to buy a Gift Card for my Daughters Birthday, as I go in a Blond Lady with out a Name tag Greets me and I told her that I wanted to buy a Gift card and she told me to go to the Cashier , there were some 4 people waiting there already however No Cashier. A few minutes later I turn to the Blond lady and told her no one was at the Cashier and she said that the Cashier will be there. I waited a few more minutes and no Cashier. I left the store to look around so hopefully the Cashier would be back. As I was leaving the Blond Lady with out a name tag says we are short haded today have a good day. I notice there were 4 employees standing around with the Blond lady with out a Name talking, I guess no one eles knows how to use the register but one employees. I came back Later to purchase a $500 gift card for my Daughter. As I enter Alo the store at South Coast Plaza again I don't even get greeted this time and I notice there was a Customer waiting at the Cashier counter I don't know how long he was waiting there at counter. I did notice that the Blond Lady with out a Name tag did signal the Cashier to go and help the customer ar the counter. I go to the Cashier counter and waited there for about minutes, the Cashier was trying to promote the Alo App. I asked the Cashier if there was another Cashier and she sa No that she was the only Cashier there. I don't understand, there were 3 other Employees there and they don't know how to use the Registry unbelievable 😳. I talked to my daughter and she says that at Alo at South Coast Plaza always has BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I personally would never ever shop there again at the Alo Store at South Coast Plaza.

  I’ve been here 3 times since they opened and the customer service has always been great.

  Terrible customer service here would not recommend coming here to anyone. Especially the woman with the blonde hair, very condescending towards us. Don’t work in a customer service position if you can’t even provide it. Period.

  It was my first time in alo and the customer service was terrible. I simply came to look around and to make an exchange for a smaller size sweater. This lady with the blonde hair working Thursday, January 8 around 3:45pm was very rude and was insisting that I for sure washed the crew neck so I couldn’t return it. Mind you, I’ve never worn the sweater nor washed it. It was a gift that was just too small. I feel like I was being stereotyped by this employee. I would never want someone else to feel the way she made me feel. So if you ever stop by alo, just be aware. She had a blonde ponytail. In addition, no one asked me if I had any questions or if I needed anything. Would not recommend coming here. I did end up buying a crewneck just because I felt like they were trying to make me feel like ai didn’t belong there. I will try to go back undercover and find out that girl‘s name and I will be leaving another review. I told her I would be back with my mother another day, trying to return the crewneck once again because I never wore it. I upload a picture of the crewneck I was trying to return. Please tell me, does it look worn to you??
