While visiting the Valentino store, my aunt suddenly felt dizzy, and Phoebe immediately stepped in to help. She quickly assisted my aunt to sit down, brought her water, and even provided candies to make sure she felt better. She also extended the same thoughtful care to the rest of us, making a stressful moment much easier. On top of that, Phoebe went above and beyond by bringing out different colors and bags from the store to help us find the perfect one that matched my outfit for a big party. Her patience, professionalism, and genuine care made our experience truly memorable. We are very grateful for her support.

- CVChandler te VeldeNov 30, 20191.0I bought my Valentino bag less than 30 days ago. I paid full price. I noticed the bag was 40% off on Valentino’s website and they refuse to honor the discount. Nordstrom’s and Saks also has the bag 40% off and I was told they would honor the sale. I called the manager and she refused to help me. I would love to keep shopping directly at the Valentino store however I can’t if they won’t honor the sale like the department stores would. I’ve told all my family and friends this story and we’re all extremely disappointed with the customer service provided.
