Went into the store greeted by an associate and I let him know that I’m interested in purchasing a wallet. He brought me over to the wallet section where another associate was helping a customer so I waited. He left so then I assumed the associate that was at the wallets would help me when she was done. The customer before me left without purchasing anything and the female associate just left me standing there. The fact that I had to look around and ask for help left a bad taste in my mouth so I decided not to purchase what I went there for.
Do better, especially working at south coast plaza. And if this was a profiling situation, you just lost out on some money ✌🏽

My mom's been wanting a new bag for a while but she just couldn't seem to make up her mind. Celine is on the list of brands she wanted to collect so we made a stop to this store. Employees were super kind to show her a couple of options even though she didn't end up buying or liking any of them.

Asked them to repair a broken zipper on a bag and it’s taken them 11 months with no communication. They keep saying they will reach out but no one ever has.
At this point they’ve just fully stolen it. Awful customer service and just straight up unacceptable from what is supposedly a luxury goods store.
