And that I could get a copy of my report from a separate company listed on my receipt. That company has duplicated purchases on my report, inflated the transaction numbers and amounts. When I emailed them they said that duplicates happen but they wouldn’t reverse the decision. I have followed every return policy from DSW. They have lost a life long customer. I can purchase the exact same products at Zappos or Amazon or any number of other retailers. Buyer beware - this could happen to you at any DSW.

On the other hand Jackie was most excellent in helping me and went out of her way to hunt down item that was hiding in the back store room! A big kudos to Jackie for not dismissing the customer when later I came back to try again and not on phone way longer and ignoring customers. Thank you Jackie!
