  Me and my fiancé had our eyes on a unique wedding ring that we fell in love with when we first saw it in the Dior store in Honolulu 2 years ago. Fast forward to now and we are getting married this summer. We were finally ready to purchase this and we found out that there were only 2 left in his size in the whole company and it was located in Paris. Our sales associate Maddie was wonderful and was able to arrange for us to purchase and had this special ring shipped over from Paris for pick up at SCP. Thank you again Maddie for making this possible!

  DIOR at South Coast Plaza is one of the defining luxury boutiques in all of Orange County. The Lady Dior bags, Saddle bags, and ready-to-wear collections always draw my clients who have a refined appreciation for French couture heritage. I've shopped here personally and recommended it to buyers relocating from New York and San Francisco who want to confirm that OC's luxury retail can compete with their home markets — and it absolutely does. The boutique experience is elegant, the staff impeccably trained, and the presentation of merchandise rivals flagship stores in any major city. For the discerning OC buyer, Dior at South Coast is simply essential.

  The guy work in Prada recommended me this store saw a nice button shirt online made an appointment stopped by and tried it on and bought it, easy simple process staff working here are friendly good experience. And the saleswoman name is Maddie which is very friendly. Not sure why people left some bad reviews?

  I visited the Dior store at rodeo. During that visit, a sales associate named Israel Carrillo asked for my contact information. I have been informed that this employee is currently working at the South Coast Plaza location. After that encounter, I experienced repeated unwanted contact over an extended period of time, despite blocking multiple phone numbers. This caused me significant distress and fear. In November 2025, I reported being sexually assaulted by this individual to the police. I also formally filed a complaint with Dior. Since this experience, I have been experiencing severe physical and emotional symptoms, including persistent trembling, nausea, and physical manifestations of anxiety, which have significantly affected my daily life. A representative from Dior contacted me and stated that an internal review would be conducted, but I was informed that the outcome would not be shared with me. As of my last knowledge, this individual remains employed, which has made me feel unsafe and deeply concerned. I am sharing my experience to inform other customers and encourage caution. I sincerely hope Dior will take customer safety seriously and ensure a shopping environment where people feel protected and respected.
