  Teddy was amazing! Great customer service great personality and attentive to what I wanted helped me find the perfect ankle boots, unfortunately I was one of those annoying customers that showed up 30 minutes before closing and he didn’t seemed bother or annoyed.   We were the only people waiting in line for 15 minutes for a white man to go in front of us and be let in with no wait and were only let in after the man was let in. Walked into the store and were not greeted. The wait in line seemed arbitrary since I could count on one hand how many people were in the store. Overall extremely cold and unprofessional. I have shopped here before and I do not think I will shop here again after this experience.

  Review for Christian Louboutin Store I’m sharing this review to reflect my recent experience at the Christian Louboutin store in South Coast Plaza, Costa Mesa, California, which unfortunately happened on my birthday. I went in excited to pick out a specific pair of shoes, but the experience left a lot to be desired. When I arrived, I let the sales associate, Teddy, know exactly which shoe and size I was interested in. However, Teddy was extremely persistent about pushing a completely different pair on me that I had no interest in. Even after I made my preference clear, he kept insisting I try on the other pair. The next day, I called the store and spoke with the manager, Liam Tran, hoping to address the situation. Unfortunately, Liam defended Teddy’s actions by suggesting that they often deal with customers who only try on shoes to buy them online. That was not my intention at all, and I felt completely unheard. In short, I will never shop at the Christian Louboutin store in South Coast Plaza again. This was far from the birthday treat I hoped for, and I hope the store takes customer preferences more seriously in the future.
