  CHANEL at South Coast Plaza is simply one of the finest boutique experiences available anywhere in Southern California. I've been here numerous times over the years, both personally and with clients who are entering the OC luxury lifestyle after significant real estate purchases. The tweed suits, classic handbags, and fine jewelry in this space carry real prestige, and the staff treat every client with the kind of care you'd expect from the house. This is one of those destinations I recommend to out-of-area buyers as a true expression of what Newport Beach and the surrounding coastal communities represent at their best. Flawless from start to finish.

  An impeccably managed boutique. Stopped by recently to pick up a piece for my wife, and the entire experience was effortless - Yuming anticipated exactly what she'd gravitate toward and presented a pristine caviar leather drawstring that was perfect. Unlike some other luxury retail environments, the South Coast Plaza location maintains a genuinely serene, unhurried atmosphere. It's become our preferred Chanel (Orange County). Always a pleasure.
