- AGAndres Rueda Gomez6 days ago1.0Alerta a todos, me robaron en este lugar, cuando compre una locion junto con otros artículos, mi esposa preguntó si la locion se podia cambiar, si a la persona a la que se iba a dar el regalo no le gustaba, el 24 de Diciembre se dio el regalo y se le entregó la locion a la persona, la caja se llevo al basurero, porque estaba húmeda porque cuando se compró se había deteriorado, a la persona no le gusto el aroma y nos la devolvió con solo darle un splash, llegue a la tienda a pedir que me cambiaran el artículo o me devolvieran el dinero y el manager de la tienda MIGUEL me dijo que no podía hacer nada, que necesitaba el cartón para cambiar la locion, aunque presente factura, el manager Miguel después de aceptar que efectivamente la locion no se uso, se quedo con la locion dentro de la tienda, tengan cuidado, es algo que no debería pasarse a nadie, sin producto y sin reembolso
- NENoah Ellis25Jan 1, 20265.0Even though I haven’t been to the citadel outlet in a year or two every time I shop here I have really no complaints yes I think customer service can be better depending on who’s working the sales floor that day but every time I go to Tommy Hilfiger, I end up walking out with a two big bag full of clothes i’m a Hilfiger club VIP member so I get an additional 20% off on top of the other discounts they have on their many clothes they usually have 70 percent off the whole store when I go And I’m usually able to get a whole bunch of clothes and for a Great price and you get more for your buck there and you’re saving a whole bunch of money then you are at Ralph Lauren no disrespect to Ralph Lauren their quality of clothes are excellent too but in terms of prices Tommy’s got them beat and might I add majority of the time you’re getting the same quality of material clothing at Hilfiger that Ralph Lauren has but just a lower and fairer price I do highly recommend if you do end up shopping at Hilfiger sign up for the VIP club because you would get an additional 20% off your entire purchases
