- NCnovy chapOct 25, 20251.0Very rude and disappointing experience! I bought shoes from this store one week ago. I tried on size 8 in the store, which is my regular size, but it felt too tight. Since the shoe wasn’t wide, I decided to buy size 8½ instead so my feet wouldn’t hurt. When you try them in the store and actually wear them outside, it feels completely different. After wearing them for just one day, I realized they hurt my feet because they stretched and became too loose. I went back and asked if I could exchange them for size 8. I even told them I wore them once. They let me try on size 8 and took the shoes to the register to do the exchange. I was happy thinking they would help me, but then another employee came over and said they couldn’t exchange them because I already wore them. In my mind, they should have checked the shoes first instead of wasting my time and giving me false hope. What made it worse was when I left, the employee (light hair) didn’t even say thank you or sorry. Not one person did. The whole crew was rude and had terrible customer service!
