  I bought a crossbody purse not even a month ago, approx 3 weeks ago. I have worn it twice for for dinner not even doing any activities and I have noticed scratches on the gold part the quality feels really cheap. I have been very careful with it and always place it in its “ protective” bag, don’t know why it has these scratches. All I can think is that it’s cloned or very bad quality. I did paid about 400$ for it. Overall, I at least don’t recommend purchasing from this store don’t know if it’s the same for other stores or if I’m the only one.

  This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I am literally shaking from how upset I am. At the Marc Jacobs store at Citadel Outlets in Los Angeles, they charged my debit card for the wrong amount — a higher amount — by mistake. I understand that mistakes can happen. I was even willing to be patient. But the problem is that now my money won’t return to my bank immediately, and I am traveling from another state — which means I now don’t have access to my own funds because of THEIR error. What shocked me the most is that I didn’t even receive a sincere apology. I clearly expressed what happened and how this affects me, and instead I was treated poorly, with zero empathy. Evelyn and Michelle were extremely dismissive, unprofessional, and acted like this situation was no big deal, without understanding how serious this is for a traveler who needs access to her money. This experience completely ruined my day and affected my stay here. A luxury brand should treat customers with respect — especially when the mistake came from THEM. Very disappointing and unacceptable.
