- AGAlex GFeb 2, 20261.0I wish staff would be more professional. i had a bad experience with the staff at Citadel. she made it so difficult to return an item, when all i wanted was to exchange it. But oh well sadly i won’t be back at that store.

- MGMichael GuynnOct 25, 20255.0How did I not know this shop was here!? We stop at Citadel Outlets from time to time, but I have never been to this store until this last trip. I love Docs, I'm not a collector but I have a couple pairs I enjoy wearing. And I have never seen so many styles in one place. It felt like hundreds: familiar styles, ones I've known but never seen in person, and ones I've not even seen online. The deals are great as well. Everything is marked down somewhat, and some heavily. When we visited, they were giving away free pink leather heart bags with enough money spent. The employees were all so friendly and helpful as well. It took a long time to notice this outlet, but in the future it will be a must-stop, it's an absolute treasure trove.
