  Muy decepcionante mi experiencia, soy fan de esta marca. Pero el trato en esta tienda deja mucho que Desear. La actitud del gerente fue muy déspota. Hace siete días acudí a comprarme un conjunto deportivo y al quererlo usar. Me percaté que tenía la costura mal. Obviamente es un producto Caro por el cual estoy pagando y no estaba satisfecho de usarlo con esos detalles estéticos al querer hacer el cambio, porque Ojo no quise reembolso, sólo quería que me cambiaran el pants. El gerente muy déspota y grosero se negó justificando que porque la prenda tenía una mancha de suciedad la cual era invisible, que al yo comprarla, no me percaté de verdad si les gusta comprar en Boss no vuelvan a esta tienda. O de plano revisen bien cada detalle de las prendas para que no se lleven sorpresas como yo.

  Terrible experience at this store. I wanted to exchange a pair of pants that had a seam defect, but the manager refused, saying the pants were dirty. I never wore them, and most of the clothes are dirty even before they leave the store because everyone touches and tries them on.

  Visited today, terrible and awful customer service. At least 10 individuals asking questions and requiring support but staff may follow you but will not offer support and when you do they answer in very short statements. I helped a few people as clearly the staff is not available for customer service. Definitely a bad experience and so unfortunate as individuals were clearly looking to buy a few items. As for the clothing it is your basic T shirts and polos. Ok clothing clearly good enough to buy but do not visit this shop as staff will not be helpful. I did see the sales looked good online!

  BOSS Outlet – Citadel This was a deeply upsetting and unacceptable experience. I have been a loyal customer of BOSS for over 30 years, alongside brands like Lacoste and Ralph Lauren. BOSS has always stood for confidence, respect, and quality — until today. After paying for my purchase and leaving the store with no alarm triggered, a BOSS employee followed me outside, stopped me, and accused me of suspected theft. I cooperated fully. Nothing was found. I even explained that the clothes I was wearing were also BOSS products. Despite being completely innocent, no apology was offered. When I asked for one, it was refused, and the response was dismissive and arrogant. This behavior is unacceptable and disgraceful for a brand like BOSS. Being treated like a criminal simply because of suspicion — without evidence and without apology — is humiliating. This incident has destroyed my trust in BOSS, and I will never return to this store.

  I visited the store today (09/13) with my wife. Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience. The staff member at the fitting rooms was unprofessional and refused to allow my wife to wait in the corridor just outside the room, insisting she stand completely outside. When we asked for the manager (Dave), he was equally rude. He claimed it was store policy but refused to show us the policy or explain it further. Instead, he walked away. BOSS has always been one of my favorite stores, but this experience left us frustrated. We decided not to make any purchases and left the store.
