  They overcharged me $10 by mistake, and when I pointed it out, they refused to give me a refund. Instead, they insisted on giving me store credit, citing their 'policy.' It’s ridiculous to force store credit for their own billing error. The staff was incredibly rude throughout the process. I’ve had a terrible experience here and won't be coming back

  Very scary experience! I came to the store with my family to buy a suit and 2 employees (Oscar Osorio and Charlie Valadez) were being SUPER innapropriate with MY 15-YEAR-OLD DAUGTHER! They kept asking where she goes to school, if she has a boyfriend, if she has ever dated someone older than her, etc. IN FRONT OF ME, HER FATHER! They were doing all this with smiles on their faces and no shame nor remorse. We ended up not buying anything, but as we were leaving, the employee Oscar kept pushing the idea of getting her phone number, to which I refused, and Oscar replied: -I'm not talking to you!- My daughter is smart and didn't give this creep anything, but I could see the frustration on Oscar's eyes, and also the other employee, Charlie, laughing nearby, while looking at us. I was afraid these weren't employees at first, but I did see them go to their stockroom and stand in their cash register as well. There were a couple of other odd employees that day, but these two took the cake! DO NOT COME HERE WITH YOUR CHILDREN!

  Muy decepcionante mi experiencia, soy fan de esta marca. Pero el trato en esta tienda deja mucho que Desear. La actitud del gerente fue muy déspota. Hace siete días acudí a comprarme un conjunto deportivo y al quererlo usar. Me percaté que tenía la costura mal. Obviamente es un producto Caro por el cual estoy pagando y no estaba satisfecho de usarlo con esos detalles estéticos al querer hacer el cambio, porque Ojo no quise reembolso, sólo quería que me cambiaran el pants. El gerente muy déspota y grosero se negó justificando que porque la prenda tenía una mancha de suciedad la cual era invisible, que al yo comprarla, no me percaté de verdad si les gusta comprar en Boss no vuelvan a esta tienda. O de plano revisen bien cada detalle de las prendas para que no se lleven sorpresas como yo.

  Terrible experience at this store. I wanted to exchange a pair of pants that had a seam defect, but the manager refused, saying the pants were dirty. I never wore them, and most of the clothes are dirty even before they leave the store because everyone touches and tries them on.

  Visited today, terrible and awful customer service. At least 10 individuals asking questions and requiring support but staff may follow you but will not offer support and when you do they answer in very short statements. I helped a few people as clearly the staff is not available for customer service. Definitely a bad experience and so unfortunate as individuals were clearly looking to buy a few items. As for the clothing it is your basic T shirts and polos. Ok clothing clearly good enough to buy but do not visit this shop as staff will not be helpful. I did see the sales looked good online!
