  I am going to express my frustrations today. I went in with my friend to look and buy shoes. We are both hispanic males he is 65 and I am 55. We are both dressed down meaning casual attire jeans and flannel other jeans and jersery. We first were not greeted at the door I assuming ok they busy at checkout but no they talking and just look as we are nobodies! I let it go and took it to just let it go. We then proceeded to shoe department where a curly girl passes by and yes of course an employee she gives me eye contact but no hi finding everything ok etc. Just stares and gets on walkie as to make it seem eyes on us ( I should know I have worked retail before) Then she passes by with another girl they look at our aisle which no mess etc and still no service just suspicious stares. The other girl who was not working the aisle then comes bring boxes one at a time. At this point I tell my friend lets leave I feel racially profiled. He says no we buying shoes. As I walk by blonde girl I make a comment and say instead of assuming we going to steal provide us with customer service. We then take two pairs of shoes and proceed to front where we stand in line. As I see the clerk busy with tending to customers he still is able to greet entrance guest. At this point now we come to his counter. I asked what is protocol in greeting your customer's who enter he said we must greet and say our motto. Then as i tell him that we were not greeted he didnt even apologize for it. Then I ask him who is the girl with curly hair girl who was obviously following us and did not acknowledge he said her name was Alexis. I told him to tell Alexis if it was not for my friend being persistent to buy shoes we would have walked out and the store would have lost out in over $90. Told him to Tell her that from me. Poor customer service all the way around.

  Bait and switch... So price on wallet box, 29.97. Get to register and cashier finds a small hidden price tag 39.97 close to 30% more. So... yeah. Don't think I'll be shopping here anymore. That's bad business. Probably figure most people won't care... you know, price tags are generally stickers. If you want to change a price, put the new one over the old...

  It’s a CASUAL clean store. This location doesn’t carry luxury brands like others, such as SD, do. They do not have nice high heels or elaborate designer clothing. FYI. But the store is clean, the staff are polite and helpful.

  Needed sensor lock taken off a pair of boots I ordered and had shipped to my home. One of the other cashiers, made it her business to tell the cashier that was helping me that I needed a receipt to do a refund?? The cashier police had a very nasty disposition about herself and had it all WRONG!! After this, it seemed the cashier that was helping didn't want to do anymore than he needed... from the beginning I mentioned I placed an order on line for a pair boots... I didn't have the order number pulled up on my phone and asked if he didn't have my account showing with my purchase history??? Not too mention, I also made another purchase while in store. The way I was made to feel leaving out of Nordstrom Rack Clovis wasn't good at all.... By the demeanor of the cashier ,I left feeling unwanted, not welcome shopping there and like I was trying to stealing. You don't stereotype or assume because you don't know who someone is ,what they do AND who their related to!!
