Added a foil balloon to be included. $6.99 for one foil balloon, that WAS NEVER DELIVERED with the arrangement. Online says store is open until 7pm. However when you call their number, goes to voicemail. No answer. Very disappointed. Never had this happen before. **UPDATE** Hair in the chocolate dipped strawberry. So disgusted talking a bite and having a piece of hair entangled with the chocolate. See pictures! This place has gone downhill. And they never returned my call.

This store completely failed to deliver an arrangement that my husband had pre-ordered in store as a surprise for me on Valentine's day 2018, especially as he had to work. I had always wanted an edible arrangement, and my husband wanted to make sure I knew he remembered. He even told them that if for ANY reason they could not deliver on Valentine's, to let him know and he would personally come pick it up. 8pm on Valentine's evening and still nothing had arrived, even though someone was home during the day and night to receive it. That's when he had to break the news that he did get me something, but that Edible Arrangements had failed to provide the service promised. When we called to request refund today, the girl on the phone appeared to care very little. This store has left a bad taste in my mouth, and now I don't care for an arrangement from this company. I can cut my own fruit at home! Do not trust this location to deliver! Go somewhere else!
