  I ordered a small birthday treat extravaganza board , that was supposed to be on a board, it was delivered on a black plastic plate with a plastic lid. (It looks as though I bought it from a grocery store). Along with the order I also ordered a mini flower bouquet with a vase. The flowers were not received. The delivery was received before 1 PM, I called within 30 minutes to let them know that the flowers were not delivered. Someone was supposed to call me back and never returned my call. I called again one hour later, and they stated that the flowers were going to be delivered after an Ontario delivery because they forgot to leave them. It has now been over 3.5 hours and the flowers have still not been received. I have sent two emails and have called the business three times. Save yourself that irritation and don’t bother using this location. EDIT: The bouquet ended up getting delivered 5 hours later. do better Edible Arrangements!

  If I Could give them 0 stars, I def would. Do not use this company , yes company even corporate could not help with them double charging me for a birthday gift delivery and same day delivery which never came. I called next morning to this location and they said they were unable to deliver it and they don’t know why because the driver didn’t leave any notes. Horrible experience and my fam members gift was never delivered and company failed to correct their 2 mistakes, including corporate. Don’t waste your time

  If I could give zero stars, I would. I was involved in a car accident caused by an Edible Arrangements delivery driver who ran a stop sign and slammed into the back of my vehicle. The driver gave me their personal insurance, only for that claim to be denied because they were delivering for Edible Arrangements at the time, using their own vehicle. I contacted Edible Arrangements repeatedly, asking for their commercial auto insurance information (which any business running deliveries should legally carry). I got no help, no manager call-back, no accountability. Only after I hunted down the owner’s email myself did someone finally respond and even then, all they did was refer me to an insurance policy that later denied the claim because Edible Arrangements doesn’t have the correct coverage for their delivery drivers. Now I’m entering month two with no resolution, no reimbursement for damages, and nothing but runaround because this business failed to carry proper insurance to cover its drivers while on deliveries. ⚠️ Consumers beware: This company appears to cut corners on legal insurance requirements, putting customers and the public at risk. If you value safety or accountability, avoid this business. They cut corners on required insurance and leave victims hanging with the bill. I would recommend avoiding Edible Arrangements entirely.
