The incident occurred on 11/16/25 at approximately 2:10 PM and involved both the cashier and the store manager, Vanessa (as she identified herself). My wife and I requested assistance locating an item. The cashier told us none were available, but when I went to check the floor myself, I found the item. While my wife waited with the cashier, the cashier moved away and told us we would have to get back in line again—even though I had just completed a purchase and we simply needed assistance with the second item. When we asked for clarification, the cashier called the manager. The manager approached us raising her voice, and both she and the cashier began speaking to us as though we were causing a problem, despite our calm request for help. The manager repeatedly insisted that we return to the line, even though our situation required no additional checkout—only assistance. The situation escalated when the manager began screaming, dismissing our concerns, and instructing the cashier to ignore us and “help other customers.” Her tone and behavior were disrespectful, hostile, and completely inappropriate for someone representing a high-end brand. We felt harassed, discriminated against, and humiliated in front of other customers. As we left the store, the manager continued yelling after us, sarcastically saying “Happy holidays, come back!” in a mocking and intentionally loud manner. This was extremely unprofessional and made us feel targeted and unsafe. We left the store feeling shaken, disrespected, and regretting our purchase. This experience does not reflect the standards of service one expects from Calvin Klein, especially at a flagship shopping destination.
