  I had a worst experience today at this branch of lululemon. There was one employee she was very rude. Idk why she had to roll her eyes up for just a simple question i asked. Sorry but you shouldn’t work if you can’t treat your customers respectfully.

  We never come to this lululemon, we always go to the fashion valley one but unfortunately they stopped hemming at the fashion valley location. This by far is the worst lululemon branch I’ve ever been to. I came on October 31st and the location was closed. It also took a hour to get to this location. The security guard told me they open Nov 1, we came next day Nov 1st and was NOT greeted once and just got stares by all employees. No one asked if we needed help, absolutely nothing. The only helpful person was a tall guy which I did not get his name. We called before hand and asked if they do hemming and they said yes. When I got to the store they said they aren’t going hemming until Monday. I just called and asked and they said YES! Make it make sense. Again, it takes a hour to get here from my home. TIME WASTED! Absolutely unprofessional, employees need to do better. They pick and choose who they want to greet. I’m not the one to write 1 star reviews but was absolutely mad about the situation. Treat EVERYONE THE SAME!
