It is because of the team members who are very helpful and caring. Today I went to exchange three pairs of kids sneakers that recently I bought online for my grand children with no receipt and record. The manager, Miss Maricore was listening to me while I explained my situation to Rose. After a couple of questions they both found a way for prove of purchase. I ended up getting the same ones with the correct sizes and ended up being a very satisfied and loyal customer. They both exceeded my expectations.

I will not call this employee out because I understand her POOR customer service and unprofessionalism is due to her inexperience in the workplace. I did find the employee who I asked was the manager and I filled her in on the employee with the POOR customer service. I hope this branch uses this post as a learning opportunity for its employees.
