I will not call this employee out because I understand her POOR customer service and unprofessionalism is due to her inexperience in the workplace. I did find the employee who I asked was the manager and I filled her in on the employee with the POOR customer service. I hope this branch uses this post as a learning opportunity for its employees.

The customer service is great as well and help you by assisting you one on one, asking questions, making suggestions. Definitely would recommend. The only down said is that it is a little pricey but the shoes are very well managed.
