  Picked up our arrangement and same day the fruit was bad. I should've read the other reviews, but I took a chance and got burned. Couldn't even eat it. When trying to talk to the staff, their customer service was non-existent, they talked in circles and kept saying I had to wait for the owner. Of course the owner was never available, they were just gaslighting me. Worst experience EVER! I do not recommend.

  I absolutely LOVE getting Edible Arrangements which is why my husband bought me one for my birthday last week. With all of the birthday treats, I finally opened it thr next day. The fruit was bad! It had that fizzy taste as if it was starting to fermented. The pineapple flowers were brown around the edges and with that and the fermented melons, it didn't seem safe to eat. I was so disappointed and felt bad for my husband because he went out of his way to get it for me. He called the store and for 3 days in a row, they just kept telling him the owner would call back - they never did. After all of that I threw the arrangement away and will definitely NOT be back to this location. So disappointing!

  Ordered same day delivery for my husband today for Valentine's Day. Delivery guy rang the doorbell and placed the items on the ground in front of our door.... as my husband was walking to the door.... all within less than a minute..... I called the store and "Grace" gave me only excuses (i.e., he is not an employee... as I guess they use vendors.... and the platter was wrapped securely in plastic.... as of placing food on the ground that should be hand delivered to a recipient is okay....this was not a door dash order.....and even then..... we have a table and chairs on the porch...). A simple I'M SORRY would have been great.... but it wasn't until I told GRACE that she was moving the finish line with excuses.... she then started apologizing as I ended the call. Customer service should be just that....a service... not an automatic defense as if one is speaking bad about the company and not the actions of individuals. I love Edible Arrangements as a whole.... but this was not a even a fair level experience.......

  Let me start with saying if I could rate a big fat NEGATIVE -10 stars I would!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!! I received a birthday gift on 12/26. The gift included a single balloon a box of dipped chocolate fruit and supposedly fresh fruit and flowers. 1. The delivery lady left the bag at my door and did not knock nor did she ring the Ring doorbell. 2. The flowers were absolutely disgusting. They were literally dead.... And had an incredible amount of MUD mixed the the stems of the flowers. And they had an incredible amount of wetness which also made the flowers limp. The petals were falling out bunches at a time. 3. ALL of the fruit was OLD. The apples were turning brown. The blueberries were mushy and the pineapple tasted almost fermented. The grapes were brown and soft. 4. I have called the chino location several times and no answer. I have also left a voicemail and I have not received a call back. 5. The typed card was handwritten and let's just say the penmanship was not the best. 6. The only thing decent about this delivery was the small balloon attached and actual bag it came in... 7. When my friend of 24yrs called me with excitement to ask if I received the gift & asked did I like it... I HAD TO SAY TRUTHFULLY YES IT WAS RECEIVED & THEN I HAD TO OUTRIGHT LIE AND SAY THE GIFT WAS AMAZING...... BECAUSE IT WAS THE THOUGHT OF HER INTENTION. I did not have the heart to tell her that it was a DISGUSTING MESS!!! 8. I AM NOT SURE HOW THIS LOCATION IS STILL IN BUSINESS CONSIDERING WHAT I RECEIVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The lack of care the lack of quality the lack of attention to detail, absolutely the worst. A CHILD WOULD HAVE DONE THIS BETTER..... IT WAS ALMOST AS IF THEY INTENTIONALLY USED DEAD FLOWERS AND STARTING TO ROTT FRUIT. 9. You would do better getting flowers from Sam's or Costco and dipping the fruits yourself & Going to Michael's and decorating yourself and getting balloos from the dollar tree yourself!
