  The owner of this establishment shouldn't be an owner of a business she yells on the phone she hangs up on you and she threatens you when you're on the phone that she is not going to talk to you and they also said they would give my refund back 7 to 10 business days but at the same time she was hanging up very very rude service I hope that everybody can see this this owner should not be in this establishment she answers the phone with customers with a very very unprofessional tone and acts like she has no time for you I was very dissatisfied on the order and how they lied on the time of my delivery and then tried to make it look like I was the one that was lying when I they took the order

  This store is very very rude horrible horrible customer service the owner likes to scream and yell on the phone I guess she thinks she's the president but this business is horrible horrible and I would like everybody to know out there just how horrible in disrespect the owner of this establishment is I will never ever and I will let everybody know that What kind of person runs this business

  Picked up our arrangement and same day the fruit was bad. I should've read the other reviews, but I took a chance and got burned. Couldn't even eat it. When trying to talk to the staff, their customer service was non-existent, they talked in circles and kept saying I had to wait for the owner. Of course the owner was never available, they were just gaslighting me. Worst experience EVER! I do not recommend.

  I absolutely LOVE getting Edible Arrangements which is why my husband bought me one for my birthday last week. With all of the birthday treats, I finally opened it thr next day. The fruit was bad! It had that fizzy taste as if it was starting to fermented. The pineapple flowers were brown around the edges and with that and the fermented melons, it didn't seem safe to eat. I was so disappointed and felt bad for my husband because he went out of his way to get it for me. He called the store and for 3 days in a row, they just kept telling him the owner would call back - they never did. After all of that I threw the arrangement away and will definitely NOT be back to this location. So disappointing!

  Ordered same day delivery for my husband today for Valentine's Day. Delivery guy rang the doorbell and placed the items on the ground in front of our door.... as my husband was walking to the door.... all within less than a minute..... I called the store and "Grace" gave me only excuses (i.e., he is not an employee... as I guess they use vendors.... and the platter was wrapped securely in plastic.... as of placing food on the ground that should be hand delivered to a recipient is okay....this was not a door dash order.....and even then..... we have a table and chairs on the porch...). A simple I'M SORRY would have been great.... but it wasn't until I told GRACE that she was moving the finish line with excuses.... she then started apologizing as I ended the call. Customer service should be just that....a service... not an automatic defense as if one is speaking bad about the company and not the actions of individuals. I love Edible Arrangements as a whole.... but this was not a even a fair level experience.......
