- LLLillySep 27, 20255.0We came in today around 7 and the girl that helped us was amazing! my boyfriend is really particular about his t-shirts and we found one in store he loved but they didn’t have anymore. she helped us order a few others and she was so friendly! i wish we got her name to shout her out but it was a great experience :))

She would not let me finish any of my questions and spoke over me every single time in a obviously impatient tone and made returning several new jeans so difficult, telling me I wouldn't get my money back for several days and trying to push me into exchanging them instead, being very pushy about things I might like in the store. I refused several times, insisted on a return and received my refund on my card after a minute (not several days like she said). I'm never shopping at American Eagle again if it's so difficult for their workers to give returns on perfect items with tags and receipts! I will not be hassled so the company can make more money! CUSTOMERS FIRST.
