  Our experience at this Sunglass Hut location was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Despite being wrongfully overcharged, it took a week of multiple emails and calls with corporate to finally get our money back. We had to physically show up to get our refund and Tory, who was in charge of processing our refund that day, failed to extend even a simple apology on behalf of the store and instead just kept it short. The interaction lacked the empathy and accountability one would expect from a representative of the store that was well aware of this issue. Not only did they mishandle our situation, but they also seemed oblivious to their own policies. Other Sunglass Hut location managers were in agreeance that they should not have overcharged us to begin with. It's evident that there's a serious lack of proper training among the management team here. For anyone who finds themselves in a similar situation, I strongly recommend reaching out to corporate to explore ALL available options. Don't let these managers brush off their responsibility by citing policy loopholes. There's always someone higher up who can address grievances and ensure customer satisfaction. AVOID this Macy's and it's core location at the mall as they are run by the same managers.

  Hello, I went to pick up some more shades considering a car accident took mines the customers service was great very clean and prompt service is there to help and they are super polite kimmie help me thanks!
