  I wanted to come in the morning to do some shopping I made sure to check the hours and it says they open at 10 and I arrived at 11 and the store was closed. No one was there! Drove out for nothing. Very disappointed will take my shopping to another store next time

  Absolutely ridiculous. Juan, the manager, rejected my return of BRAND NEW in-the-wrapper sunglasses due to their “quality policy”. When I say this I mean it: he was the very first person to pull the glasses out of the sleeve and he claims that they were scratched up when that is most definitely not the case. I wanted to return them because they were an impulse buy and as I mentioned before I never even pulled them out of the wrapper in the few days that I’ve had them. I can’t believe Juan’s decision, it is absolutely horrible customer service. Take a look and decide for yourselves!! Juan if you see this, loosen up, buddy… it’ll take you places in life.

  Stopped by the Oakley store at Cerritos mall and the guys were great. Geronimo helped me find a pair of Oakley BXTR in the exact color I was looking for. Will definitely be back.
