It’s ok, but if you’re looking for an exceptional CS experience, go elsewhere. Have not had a good experience yet.

I thought Nordstrom was known to have a hassle free return policy and great customer service but this was not the case here, I bought the wrong sized suit and came to return it but a lady at the front desk I think her name was Claudia refused to return it for me just because the tags were not attached. I had the tags with me and the receipt but she refused to take it. Next day I went to the one in long beach and they took it with ease. Would definitely not advise anyone to come to this cerritos location.
