- LLlilithJan 5, 20265.0I usually don’t enjoy shopping at this Nordstrom location because I’ve often experienced rude employees and managers in the past. However, my experience with Lanier in the women’s shoe department completely changed that. LANIER helped me with my tkees sandals and truly went above and beyond — even assisting me after the store was already closed. I called him letting know i was flying out the next morning, he had everything prepared. Lanier genuinely understands what customer service means, which is rare to find here. He was kind, patient, and incredibly helpful. Lanier absolutely deserves to get a raise and to be in a management position at this location. If more employees followed his example, this Nordstrom would be a much better place to shop.

We walk in and the woman's section for perfume and makeup looks fantastic. I asked for the men's section and was pointed toward the darkest section of the store. Wow someone dropped the ball on men's section. I lived in Lakewood for 35 years and I've gone to Nordstrom for as long as I can remember but what a disappointment. The cologne section is a joke I should have gone to Macy's We finally ran in to Gloria, a lovely woman who knew her stuff and the only reason we stayed and spent hundreds of dollar. Nordstrom get your shit together or I take my business somewhere else. I attached an image of a sofa I sat on, embarrassing Nordstrom. Peter
