Bad customer service. Love the shoes, I went to exchange for a smaller size and the girl who I spoke to was so rude. Another assistant tried to help me and she interrupted her. She is useless and doesn’t let other people help the customers. I love the brand anyway!

Tried to return an online order. They told me they can exchange but do bot take returns because supposedly they have no access to “their system” - so they have access to “the system” to exchange but not return? Bought multiple things from this location and this brand. See you never!!! The most terrible customer service. I bet you they rely on their shipment exchange process taking forever that people simply give up and the brand gets to keep your money. This is the first and the last time I ever purchase online from them and given terrible customer service at the store, will not be back either.
The order was for kids boots that are so poorly designed that there is no way a kid’s ankle would fit when it is zipped up.

I tried to exchange a pair of mules I had previously bought at this location. The employee at the register was a bit rude in our interaction and claimed the shoes had signs of wear. I had never worn these shoes and they were just sitting in my closet. If there were any signs of wear that was how the shoes were originally sold to me. I feel as though this employee’s customer service needs to be worked on.
